We've recently launched our new graduate scheme, so we'll be breaking new ground together. It's been specifically designed to create our leaders of the future - the thinkers, doers, movers and shakers who will transform our organisation in the years to come.
Over the course of the two years, you'll get to work alongside a variety of senior managers across divisions ranging from campaigning, policy, PR and editorial to research, legal, IT, operations, marketing and online. Together, they'll give you an invaluable insight into what makes us tick, as well as the opportunity to discover your strengths and work on your development needs.
You will start in September 2011 and the course offers a starting salary of £23,000 with the added incentive of bonus potential. We'll put you to work on a range of strategic, business-led projects in different divisions. Each of these will last for at least six months and give you the crucial hands-on experience you need to move onwards and upwards - not to mention the opportunity to see the business from lots of different angles.
For the duration of the scheme, you'll be assigned a senior manager as your mentor. So you'll have access to the knowledge and experience of people right at the top of our organisation, right from the word go. In addition, your induction will include an introduction to Which? and its structure, a briefing on our five-year business strategy and a group project on which you'll work collectively over the course of your first year.
By the end of the scheme, you'll have built up a wealth of knowledge and touched on as many parts of the organisation as possible. So you'll be more than ready to put your talents to good use in a permanent role with us.
